Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:
- You may open your package and inspect your item before the courier leaves.
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Refunds:
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping fees for refunds are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
- Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees apply for exchanges, unless the item you received was incorrect or defective.
